Scoutmaster's Minute

With summer camp right around the corner, it’s super important to make sure we’re all set for an awesome week. That means double-checking your gear, making sure you have everything on the packing list – sleeping bag, mess kit, the whole nine yards. If you’re missing anything, let me or another leader know ASAP so we can help you out.

Let’s also talk about the buddy system. We’ll be using it a lot at camp, so it’s good to get familiar with it now. Basically, you’ll always have a buddy with you, and you’ll keep an eye on each other. It’s about teamwork and making sure everyone stays safe.

Finally, remember that summer camp is what you make of it. Come with a positive attitude, be ready to try new things, and you’ll have an unforgettable experience. Any questions before we get this adventure started?
